One of our absolute favourite Danish hemp productions has gotten under the loop of the FVST/Fødevarestyrelsen (Danish Veterinary and Food Administration) because this agency states that several of their Hemp Herbal Teas, with expiration date in ultimo September 2025, contains an amount of THC that is beyond the legal limit of 0,2%. Bornholmerhampen of course has COA's (Certificate of Analysis) from third parties stating otherwise, but with the FVST being the higher instance they have little to no other options than to take these products of the shelves and tell their distributors to do the same and actually destroy the product as it would be deemed illegal by the authorities.
As distributors of this Hemp Tea we've followed the orders set by the FVST but we also feel for Bornholmerhampen as friends and colleagues in this small industry.
