A light herbal tea with the good hemp taste as the base and a fresh hint of citrus from the lemon verbena. This herb originates from Chile and Argentina where it is widely used in teas. An excellent tea for lunch or dinner. 

1-2 teaspoons of hemp tea per cup.
Water: 100°C/ Steep: 9-10 minutes
